Richy, a renowned traditional clothing business based in Saudi Arabia, faced challenges as their online store struggled to keep pace with their expanding business. The existing Magento-based frontend was showing limitations in scalability, performance, and user experience.

AALogics implemented a comprehensive transformation strategy, upgrading Richy's Magento store, migrating the frontend to headless GraphCommerce, and integrating AWS auto-scaling to ensure a seamless and scalable online experience.

Design: We began by designing a new, modern frontend using Figma, ensuring it was highly customizable to match Richy's brand and customer expectations.

Development: Over three years, we continuously improved the Magento store, introducing new features, performing regular security updates, and enhancing the shopping experience.

Integration: Migrated the frontend from Magento to GraphCommerce Headless for faster load times and a more responsive interface. Implemented AWS auto-scaling to handle traffic fluctuations efficiently.

Go Live: Successfully launched the transformed online store, ensuring it was stable, fast, and capable of handling peak traffic periods.

Features Developed

Arabic Support: Ensured the store was accessible to Arabic-speaking customers.
Payment Methods: Integrated Tabby , Tamara and ApplePay for seamless transactions.
Tailoring Service: Added a feature allowing customers to request custom tailoring.
Reward Points Feature: Implemented a reward points system to enhance customer loyalty.
